OMNIlife science names new CEO
OMNIlife science has announced that Richard D. Randall was appointed the company’s new chief executive officer. The appointment sees Randall replace former chief executive officer George B. Cipolletti, co-founder of the company, who will claim the role of chief technology officer for OMNIlife science.
Randall most recently served as CEO of Medical Compression Systems and has served in similar capacities for Avantis Medical and TranS1. He has more than 25 years of chief executive experience in emergent medical device firms.
“I am thrilled to be able to transition my CEO responsibilities to Rick and am confident that he is the right choice at this critical time to continue our efforts in creating products and technologies that deliver the best possible outcomes for patients. The OMNI family and our board of directors have expressed their complete support for Rick and his ability to lead OMNI into a bright future,” Cipolletti stated in a company press release.
