Vexim announced it has created the Vexim Inc. legal entity to serve as the company’s U.S. subsidiary.

The subsidiary will market Vexim’s product portfolio in the U.S. and will support the company’s planned commercial launch of vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty solutions in early 2015, according to a company press release.

Senior sales employees and marketing professionals will be appointed to lead and implement this project, with a plan to approach the U.S. market through a limited number of agents and dealers, according to the release.
