Protocol comparison after radial fracture favors restricted elbow rotation

Elbow stiffness and nonunion can be problems after radial head fracture. Results of a comparative study involving approximately 300 patients with Mason type I or II radial head fractures, which appeared in the May issue of Orthopaedics Today Europe, supported restricted rotational motion in the first 15 days after these fractures were treated.
