IlluminOss appoints new senior vice president of sales and marketing

IlluminOss Medical appointed Dwayne Montgomery as its senior vice president of sales and marketing.
According to a press release, Montgomery brings an extensive and proven track record of sales and marketing initiatives that make him an ideal fit to drive IlluminOss toward achieving its growth objectives in the fracture fixation market. His career spans more than 20 years of building and leading successful medical device companies in large, mid-cap and venture-backed stages. He most recently served as vice president of commercial operations at Baxano Surgical where he was responsible for North American sales. Montgomery was also the former global vice president and general manager for the Orthopedic Trauma Division at Smith & Nephew Inc.
