Medisiss has introduced an advanced shaver sharpening system, the first phase of the company’s medical shaver product strategy. According to company press release, is designed to ensure more thorough sharpening as well as deburring of the shaver, with the end result demonstrating like new sharpness and fully restored device functionality.
“Initially, we will apply this new process to toothed blades, during which carefully crafted proprietary coated files are employed to respond precisely to tooth angle and inter-relational structure,” Jason Wandersee, Medisiss chief executive officer of Wandersee stated in the release. “Our second phase will then address full radius and resector blades, bringing our shaver sharpening program full circle.”
