KOLOA, Hawaii — Orthopedics Today announced the winners of the Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2011 Speaker of the Day Award.

The first year for the awards, the Kaukka Iwi, is given each day to the speaker who is chosen by the attendees as the one who most stimulated, educated and motivated the audience.

This year’s winners are:

Sunday: John D. Kelly IV, MD

Monday: Thomas P. Schmalzried, MD

Tuesday: Richard F. Kyle, MD

Wednesday: Evan L. Flatow, MD
