VIDEO: Vevye improves dry eye symptoms at 2 weeks

LAS VEGAS — The cyclosporine Vevye contains a newer vehicle that helps speed and improve penetration, Nicholas J. Bruns, OD, FAAO, said at Vision Expo West.
“The pivotal trials show that the success of Vevye [0.1% cyclosporine ophthalmic solution, Harrow] starts at about 2 weeks, and that ... improvement of symptoms carries on for over 52 weeks,” Bruns, director of practice development at Summit Eye Care in Milwaukee, said in this Healio video.
Bruns said to also consider additional options, as “dry eye is a multiheaded monster, so you have to attack it from different angles.”
