New Eye Health MicroGel supplement targets visual acuity, retinal health

Wellness company HealthyCell has announced the launch of Eye Health, the newest supplement in the company’s MicroGel product line, which is designed to promote visual acuity, protect against oxidative stress and support retinal health.
According to a company press release, the Eye Health formulation includes carotenoids and micronutrients such as lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, lycopene, vitamin A and vitamin E in a single, ultra-absorbable gel pack.
“We are excited to introduce Eye Health to consumers seeking proactive solutions for maintaining optimal vision,” Doug Giampapa, the company’s founder and CEO, said in the release. “With the rise in eye-related ailments across the nation, addressing these concerns at their root has become increasingly crucial. Our innovative MicroGel technology ensures maximum absorption of key nutrients, allowing people to support their eye health more effectively.”
The company’s MicroGel technology is designed to deliver highly bioavailable nutrients via a gel pack, which can be taken directly or mixed into drinks. Each Eye Health pack contains 10 nutrients that would otherwise require the consumption of nine individual pills if purchased separately, the release stated.
The gel packs are also recyclable through a partnership with TerraCycle.
