NEW ORLEANS — In this Healio Video Perspective from the ARVO meeting, Mark A. Bullimore, MCOptom, PhD, FAAO, discussed the use of atropine for myopia control in the LAMP study.
“One of the challenges is that [the LAMP study] only had control data in the first year because for ethical reasons, after 1 year, the control patients were switched to a concentration of atropine,” Bullimore, of the University of Houston College of Optometry, said.
