Abiliti contacts are orthokeratology lenses worn overnight and designed to reduce refractive error, possibly eliminating the patient’s need for glasses or contacts during the day.

In addition, FitAbiliti, an accompanying software, assists eye care professionals by recommending a lens, with a first fit success rate of approximately 90%, according to the press release.

Abiliti lenses are available nationwide for either myopia management or myopia management for astigmatism. For each purchase of an Abiliti product, Johnson & Johnson Vision will provide a free comprehensive eye health exam for a child in need through Sight for Kids, the company said.
