Regal Healthcare Capital Partners has teamed up with veteran eye care executive Ryan Williams to create InFocus Eyecare, a Florida-based company that aims to provide high-quality and accessible optometric and vision services.

According to a company release, Regal will invest in the partnership from its $415 million private equity fund. Williams, who has more than 20 years of eye care business experience and previously served as chief operating officer at West Point Optical, has been named InFocus CEO.

“We are excited to partner with Ryan and his team in building an eye care platform that adopts a patient-first approach to delivering high-quality eye care,” David Kim, MD, MBA, Regal cofounder and general partner, said in the release.

Added Williams, “Regal’s exclusive focus on health care services and its track record of building high-quality health care companies makes it the perfect partner as we look to build InFocus.”
