The Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association offers free, downloadable resources for health care providers treating patients after a concussion:

Common Vision Problems & Symptoms Following a Concussion, codeveloped by NORA and the Concussion Legacy Foundation, offers helpful information for concussion sufferers and their caregivers, as well as health care professionals who may see or be treating a patient after a concussion or other TBI.

Post-Trauma Vision Syndrome & Visual Midline Shift Syndrome: A Rehabilitation Professional’s Guide provides a checklist that assists rehabilitation professionals (doctors, therapists, counselors, etc.) in determining the appropriateness of referring clients for neuro-optometric rehabilitation and treatment.
