SAN ANTONIO – Interim results of a prospective study on the use of the NaturalVue Multifocal daily disposable contact lens in children showed an 80% reduction from their previous rate of myopia progression, according to Thomas Aller, OD, FBCLA, here at the American Academy of Optometry meeting.
The children involved in the study had no prior experience with wearing multifocal contacts, orthokeratology or atropine, Aller said.
