Blogger Agustin L. Gonzalez, OD, FAAO, said patients who are seeing 20/20 with no signs or symptoms of disease often ask why they need an eye exam.

Gonzalez says to tell them, “Regretfully, most times when your vision becomes blurry, it’s a path of no return. The idea is for us to be able to identify anything at a very early stage to treat it appropriately and effectively.”
