The Brien Holden Vision Institute has developed an online resource entitled “Guidelines for Myopia Management,” designed for eye care professionals who manage patients with myopia.

The guidelines are free to view and offer information on diagnostic testing, risk assessment, myopia management options and suggestions on how to schedule follow-up visits and tests according to a press release from the institute.

“We will continue to develop relevant tools, online education courses and other materials to equip eye care professionals with the latest evidence-based knowledge, while the myopia management market develops and grows globally,” Yvette Waddell, CEO of Brien Holden Vision Institute, said in the release.
