Bausch + Lomb announced the launch of PreserVision AREDS 2 Formula Chewable vitamins.

The vitamins, which fulfill the NEI’s nutrient recommendations, were designed to meet a growing consumer demand for chewable tablets, the company said in a press release.

“We are dedicated to providing consumers with products that can address a wide range of their eye health needs,” Joseph Gordon, president, Consumer Healthcare and Vision Care, Bausch + Lomb, said in the release. “With the addition of PreserVision AREDS 2 Formula Chewable vitamins to our portfolio, we are able to help more people by offering a convenient new way to make PreserVision part of their eye care routine.”

PreserVision AREDS 2 Formula Chewable vitamins will be available by June, according to the release.
