The Specialty Eye Care business encompasses Soflex, Procornea and Paragon Vision Sciences, which design and manufacture specialized contact lenses for managing myopia and other indications.

These organizations will continue to operate independently yet share technical, clinical and commercial knowledge while benefiting from CooperVision’s global presence and infrastructure, according to the release.
