Solutionreach has partnered with Chart Talk, a cloud-based practice management, billing and electronic health record system for medical providers.

Solutionreach said in a press release that the partnership will improve the patient-provider relationship for Chart Talk users and their patients.

Providers will be able to collaborate with patients more easily using phone, email and text reminders, surveys and newsletters, according to the release.

Currently, Solutionreach supports more than 100,000 health care professionals at about 25,000 practices. The company’s technology reaches more than 80 million patients nationwide.

Chart Talk supports nearly 1,000 users across the U.S. with its cloud-based software that includes scheduling, billing and documents.
