Nightstar Therapeutics Ltd., a gene therapy company developing treatments for rare inherited retinal diseases, filed a registration for initial public offering, according to a press release from the company.
The offering will be of American Depositary Shares in the U.S. The number and price range has not yet been determined.
The joint book-running managers for the offering are Jefferies LLC, Leerink Partners LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. Wedbush Securities Inc. and Chardan Capital Markets are acting as comanagers.
Nightstar has applied to list its shares on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker “NITE.”
