ATLANTA – Walt Whitley, OD, who moderated a SECO special session on cornea, said simple questioning can help identify patients with dry eye.
While blurry vision is often the most common symptom of dry eye disease, “If it’s always blurry, it may be refractive or pathology-related. If it’s intermittent, it’s dry eye,” he said.
