Compulink to acquire Eyecom
Compulink Business Systems signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eyecom, a division of Echo, a HealthStream Company, according to a press release from Compulink.
Compulink’s services include practice management, electronic health records and optical, ambulatory surgical center, patient portal and ophthalmic billing services, according to the release.
More than 10,000 providers use its Advantage software, along with 17 ophthalmic colleges and universities who standardized on Compulink, according to the company.
