Good-Lite Company acquires Richmond Products
Good-Lite Company, a manufacturer of vision testing and evaluation products, has acquired Richmond Products, a manufacturer of eye examination products, according to a press release issued by Good-Lite Company.
Richmond will operate under the same name and as a division of the Good-Lite Company. The acquisition will allow the companies to expand their products and continue their close relationship, the release stated.
"The acquisition will enable both organizations to expand our leadership positions in our respective segments of the eye care market," Chris Greening, general manager of Good-Lite, said in the release.
