Leadership reorganization announced at Marcolin USA-Viva

Marcolin USA-Viva announced in a press release leadership changes taking place in the wake of the merger between Marcolin USA and Viva International.

Sal Rianna, currently Viva’s chief financial officer, will become Marcolin USA-Viva Optical channel president, responsible for both optical channel and temporarily for the finance organization, the release said. Rianna, in his new role, will be supported by two optical channel veterans: Kelly O’Grady, now assuming the role of vice president for Trend Western USA, and Bob Dunn, now assuming the role of vice president for Trend Eastern USA.

Jennifer Orentas is moving into the role of senior vice president global merchandising, the release said, and will have product development responsibility for all regions of Marcolin USA-Viva.

Candy Urbanski has been promoted to vice president of marketing.

Fabrizio Gamberini, chief executive officer of Marcolin USA-Viva said in the release, "We are evolving our new organization to enhance our brand focus across the Marcolin-Viva integration. We are creating an organization that will be more focused on the different aspects of our business model.”
