SAN DIEGO – Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc. introduced the Cirrus photo here at Optometry’s Meeting. The smart imaging camera combines a full mydriatic/nonmydriatic fundus camera with Cirrus HD-OCT technology in one compact and versatile system. By incorporating important aspects of a fundus camera and a Cirrus HD-OCT into one product, the Cirrus gives users high-resolution clarity and sharpness, single-shot fundus autofluorescence, high-resolution angiographies, detailed density and reliable diagnostic data in one sitting. Available in two models, Cirrus photo 600 and Cirrus photo 800, the camera provides insights for comprehensive retina and posterior segment care.
