NEW YORK — PediaVision will be conducting demonstrations for optical professionals with its new Spot vision screener here at Vision Expo East, according to a company press release.

Spot can assess a child's vision with accuracy and speed and can deliver immediate comprehensive results.

"These screening demonstrations will really help eye care professionals see just how much the Spot vision screener will help their practice," David Melnik, CEO of PediaVision, said in the release. "In the 6 months since Spot's release, we have received a tremendous response from community organizations, schools and eye care professionals. When people see how quickly and easily a screening can be conducted with Spot, they are amazed. They look into Spot and in just a few seconds they are done, making assessments as easy to use on a 6-month-old as an adult."
