I think that complement inhibition is a good first step, and it certainly showed us that we can alter disease progression. And it may well be that altering RPE progressive atrophy down the road is one component of an effective treatment strategy. And so in my mind, what we need to do is look at other mechanisms, not just complement inhibition, but other factors that exist in the outer retina and the choroid that may help mitigate RPE loss and at the same time promote photoreceptor survival. And so I think that other pathways are going to be needed. Continuing to go down the pathway of complement inhibition, I’m not sure it’s adding much to what we currently have, and that, quite frankly, is insufficient.
