VIDEO: Excimer laser trabeculostomy offers new option for MIGS
KOLOA, Hawaii — In this Healio Video Perspective from Hawaiian Eye 2025, I. Paul Singh, MD, explains excimer laser trabeculostomy for the treatment of glaucoma.
Eight-year data showed durability with excimer laser trabeculostomy (Bausch + Lomb) and efficacy consistent with conventional pathway MIGS.
“I think for those surgeons who are thinking about MIGS but still have not adopted MIGS ... this procedure seems to be easier from an adoption perspective and efficient as well, with high safety and efficacy,” Singh said.
