CARLSBAD, Calif. — In this Healio Video Perspective from the Women in Ophthalmology Summer Symposium, Erin Powers of Johnson & Johnson discusses the impact of mentorship, advocacy and authenticity as a strong leader.
“Make sure you are being your own self,” she said. “For me personally, I found that it unlocked a superpower when I stopped trying to fit into a box and I started really being my true self.”
