BOSTON — In this Healio Video Perspective from Eyecelerator@ASCRS, Leonard R. Borrmann, PharmD, CEO of Centricity Vision, shares updates on the ZeptoLink device.

The company presented data showing that 100% of 61 patients treated with ZeptoLink during cataract surgery had complete capsulotomies with no tags and tears.

Additionally, all the procedures were completed in 12 to 13 seconds.

“We’re excited about the opportunity with ZeptoLink to, No. 1, improve clinical outcomes with premium IOLs, address complex cases making them a little less challenging than they typically are and lastly improve productivity and efficiency as well as cost-effectiveness in a cataract practice,” Bormann said.
