VIDEO: LIRIC offers noninvasive method to address refractive error
FRANKFURT, Germany — In this Healio Video Perspective from the ESCRS winter meeting, Kevin L. Waltz, OD, MD, speaks about laser-induced refractive index change, or LIRIC, a new way to create refractive effects.
“It is not something that we can do today commercially, but in a not-too-distant future — years, not months — we will be able to offer this to patients,” he said.
