WAILEA, Hawaii — In this Healio Video Perspective from Hawaiian Eye 2024, John D. Sheppard, MD, MMSc, FACS, discusses capsule retractors as a tool for complex cataract surgery cases.
“We use capsule retractors for pseudoexfoliation syndrome, traumatic zonulopathy and a wide variety of conditions where we know that the new lens will need to be in a stable capsular bag,” he said.
