NEW YORK — In this Healio Video Perspective from OSN New York, Uday Devgan, MD, shares key pearls for performing cataract surgery on patients with pseudoexfoliation who are aged 90 years or older.
“I usually like to put in a capsular tension ring, especially because, remember, after age 90, [patients] tend to have more against-the-rule astigmatism,” he said. “We want a toric lens, and we want them to have good, long stability.”
