Bausch + Lomb is making changes to its executive leadership team, including the elevation of all business unit heads, according to a press release.
Luc Bonnefoy, senior vice president, surgical, John Ferris, senior vice president, consumer, and Yang Yang, senior vice president, vision care, will join the executive management team and report directly to chairman and CEO Brent Saunders.
Joseph Gordon, president, global consumer, surgical and vision care, will transition to the role of strategic advisor to Saunders.
In addition, Louis Yu, PhD, executive vice president and chief quality officer, will retire later this year.
“With these changes to the executive management team, our leaders will be closer to customers and patients, which will set the stage for accelerated growth and propel Bausch + Lomb toward a highly competitive, efficient and effective future,” Saunders said in the release.
