KOLOA, Hawaii — In this Healio Video Perspective from Retina 2023, Robin A. Vora, MD, discusses insights on how to help patients with central retinal artery occlusion.
“It’s very important to make sure that these patients are urgently referred to the emergency room to be worked up for anything that could lead to a stroke. That way, they don’t develop a stroke on top of a central retinal artery occlusion,” Vora said.
