KOLOA, Hawaii — In this Healio Video Perspective from Hawaiian Eye 2023, William B. Trattler, MD, explains considerations for choosing a presbyopia-correcting IOL and which patients may not be best suited for them.

“We have wonderful presbyopic lens technologies that give a wonderful range of vision but there is increased risk for night vision complaints with those lenses, so I let patients make the decision of what’s more important to them, and then we go in the right direction for that particular patient,” Trattler said.
