In this video, Rishi Singh, MD, President of Martin Hospital at Cleveland Clinic Florida, discussed latest developments surrounding geographic atrophy at the 2022 OSN New York Retina conference in New York.

Singh discussed improvements in imaging technology, and studies validating drugs that reduce the progression of the condition, as well as risks involved with the drugs.

“We will all engage with this discussion with our patients not just to initiate therapy, but to continue them long-term on these options,” Singh said.
