NEW YORK — In this Healio Video Perspective from OSN New York, Nicole R. Fram, MD, discusses the importance of posture for surgeons to avoid future neck and back issues.
“I would argue that if [hospitals and surgery centers] want us to operate for 10 or 15 more years, maybe they should invest in us and really start caring about our necks and backs as we operate more,” she said. “It’s time that we start to get uncomfortable, so we can be comfortable in our old age.”
