CHICAGO — In this video from the AAO meeting, Edwin H. Ryan Jr., MD, discusses imaging of vitreous opacities using the Spectralis system from Heidelberg Engineering.
Ryan explains that surgeons can use the system’s scanning laser ophthalmoscope to show patients more precisely what may be interfering with their vision, as well as to help specialists make more accurate clinical decisions in the operating room.
