MILAN — In this video from the ESCRS meeting, Ioannis Pallikaris, MD, PhD, speaks about a device of his own invention presented during the iNovation Day special session.

Fixoflex (Eye PCR) is a unique ophthalmic implant designed to maintain a consistent and stable environment for IOL placement, minimizing tilt and decentration. It has also shown the ability to close off cell migration, preventing formation of posterior capsule opacification. Additionally, it eliminates dysphotopsia and facilitates lens replacement.

The device has completed the clinical trials phase and is ready to receive the CE mark.
