NEW YORK — In this video from the ASRS meeting, David Almeida, MD, MBA, PhD, discusses the use of a smaller-incision new-generation miniature telescope in patients with bilateral central scotoma.

Almeida was the first U.S. surgeon to implant the SING IMT (Smaller-Incision New-Generation Implantable Miniature Telescope) from Samsara Vision as part of their CONCERTO clinical trials.
