WAIKOLOA, Hawaii — In this Healio Video Perspective from Hawaiian Eye 2022, Jay S. Pepose, MD, PhD, founder and medical director of Pepose Vision Institute in St. Louis, speaks about the use of presbyopia drops in pseudophakia.

“One of the highlights of 2021 was the first approval of a miotic drop for the treatment of presbyopia,” Pepose said. “There are over 117 million presbyopes in the United States, which includes 8.7 million pseudophakic presbyopes.”
