In this video, Jodhbir Mehta, MD, PhD, gives a detailed account of upcoming promising developments of artificial intelligence in anterior segment disease management, surgery and novel therapies.
Mehta’s focus of interest is corneal dystrophies, wherein AI allows one “to see what we cannot see with our own eyes,” he said at the virtual European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons meeting.
