At the virtual EuCornea congress, Jack Parker, MD, PhD, discusses Bowman layer transplantation, a technique that has shown over 10 years of follow-up to provide stability in 80% to 90% of patients with progressive keratoconus.

The technique has recently undergone further refinements that make it simpler and more elegant, and indications have broadened to post-herpetic scarring and post-RK.
