Carl Zeiss Meditec has released updated software for the IOLMaster 700 intended to improve workflow efficiency and support positive patient outcomes, according to a press release.
The update includes an enhanced central topography feature to allow cataract surgeons to obtain more data on central corneal shape, a cloud-based connectivity option for transfer of biometry data and scleral reference images, and the new Barrett True K with TK formula for IOL power calculation.
The IOLMaster 700 software update 1.90 is CE marked and available to most surgeons worldwide, including U.S. markets, the press release said.
