Octane has created new advisory roles for ophthalmology and aesthetics to help bring together physicians and engage them in future conferences and innovation events, according to a press release.

The Octane medical advisors for ophthalmology are John A. Hovanesian, MD, FACS, Ehsan Sadri, MD, FACS, and Elizabeth Yeu, MD. These co-chairs will take on a leading role in Octane’s upcoming Ophthalmology Technology Summit in July.

“OTS will introduce a virtual option to complement the in-person style attendees have come to enjoy, and we will have in place safety protocols to adhere with CDC and local health guidelines,” Cara Parchment, signature event manager for the ophthalmology and aesthetic technology summits, said in the release.

The Octane medical advisors for aesthetics are Greg Buford, MD, FACS, Ava Shamban, MD, and Steve Yoelin, MD. Octane’s second annual Aesthetics Technology Summit is planned January 2021.
