The Ophthalmology Technology Summit has been postponed until July 31 due to the COVID-19 outbreak, OCTANe announced in a press release.

The meeting, originally scheduled for June 26, will be held at the same location, Fashion Island Hotel in Newport Beach, California.

In addition, the Tech Innovation Forum, originally scheduled for May 11-12, has been postponed until Sept. 10-11. It will still be held at AV Irvine.

“It is important to us that we all remain healthy and safe throughout this time, and Octane has elected to err on the side of caution. We thank you for your continued confidence in Octane as we adjust plans and make changes based upon current circumstances and information,” the organization wrote in the release.

All sponsorships and registrations for both events will be transferred to the new dates.
