SAN DIEGO — At the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery meeting, Mark A. Kontos, MD, discusses a study in which a combination of EDOF IOLs (Symfony, Johnson & Johnson Vision) and multifocal IOLs (Tecnis, Johnson & Johnson Vision) provided excellent visual outcomes and superior patient satisfaction compared with bilateral same lens implantation.
