ATHENS, Greece — At the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Winter Meeting, A. John Kanellopoulos, MD, talks about the superior outcomes of using topography-modified refraction as compared with clinical refraction in treating cylinder in myopic LASIK.
