ATHENS, Greece — Behind the lens there is more than just the vitreous, Marie-José Tassignon, MD, PhD, says in this video interview at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Winter Meeting. While performing posterior capsulotomy for implantation of the baginthelens IOL, and thanks to the new technology of intraoperative OCT, she was able to make breakthrough discoveries regarding the anatomy of the anterior interface, both in children and adult patients.
