ATHENS, Greece — The use of intraoperative anterior segment OCT led Boris Malyugin, MD, PhD, to the important discovery that in about half of cases the posterior capsule is detached from the anterior hyaloid. The consequences for surgery are discussed in this video at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Winter Meeting.
